***** MAXIMUM OF 6 SCHOOLS***** FOR ENHANCED SCHOOLS ONLY (Please do not book if already full) This will be our final Do yourself proud event of the academic year. This event will be a fun run with lots of different obstacles for the children to challenge themselves throughout. This event will also include some fun orienteering activities as well as an activity focusing on Active Maths. The event is aimed at targeting the children within your school who are in KS1 & KS2 and are in the less active/low confidence category that may not have represented your school before at an outside event. **Schools can bring a maximum of 30 children to this event.**

The Scunthorpe Rugby Union Football Club, in co-operation with Get Ahead Partnership, will be holding two 8 a side tag rugby tournaments this summer term for boys and girls in Year 5/6. These will be held on Tuesday 21st May and on Tuesday 9th July 2019. Squads can be made up of a maximum of 12 children, but please note at least 2 girls must be playing in each game. Both tournaments will be held at Bottesford Junior School. Please use the attached entry form to enter and send to Keith Robinson using the contact information on the form. All entries to be received by 1st May 2019. Please can all coaching requests be made to Keith by the end of March 2019.

PRIMARY Year 4, 5, 6 BIATHLON

Rules
Swimming heats will take Year 4 and progress through Year 5,and 6, Swimmers may be placed in a heat with their own school as points are accumulated based on the time achieved not the placing. All swimmers will start in the water. After completing the swimming event, competitors will be asked to change and make their way to App Frod with their staff member(s). A 400m / 600m grass course will be marked out and again heats will start with Year 4 400m heats and progress through to Year 5 & 6. Runners may be placed in a heat with their own school as points are accumulated based on the time achieved not the placing. All results will be inputted and final placings will be emailed out once the competition has been completed. After the results have been emailed medals for the first 3 individuals in each age group will be awarded (Year 4 boys; Year 4 girls; Year 5 boys; Year 5 girls; Year 6 boys; Year 6 girls). Based on the number of entries, the top 3 teams ( a team is the best aggregate score for the swim and run of your 3 highest finishers in each age group) will also be awarded medals.

Rules
50 metre swimming heats will take place, starting with Year 7 and progress through to Year 8, 9 and 10. Swimmers may be placed in a heat with their own school as points are accumulated based on the time achieved not the placing. All swimmers will start in the water. A 800m grass course will be marked out and again heats will start with Year 7 heats and progress through to Year 8, 9 and 10.
