Active Maths

 The course aims to put maths into an active, practical context focusing on number, addition and multiplication. There will also be some activities and games based around interpreting and recording data, measurement and problem solving for Foundation up to upper KS2. The day will be based around a range of sporting concepts allowing teachers to see sport as an opportunity for children to apply knowledge in a physical way. The course will give teachers and senior leaders a wide range of fun, physical ideas to enhance learning within the maths curriculum and beyond.  A full day practical course delivered by Owen Denovan. Lunch will be provided.
