Humber School NFL Flag Football U13 & U15 Mixed

For both Flag competition categories, your NFL Flag school squad must include between 7 and 10 players. Every match is played as a 5v5 game. 

Each school is able to enter a maximum of one team per competition category, but you do not need to bring both ages if you only wish to enter one team. 

Due to capacity and number of pitches available, there's an initial limit of 8 school teams per age category. This may change depending on the number of entries received in each age category i.e. one age group may have more teams than another.

Under 13s Mixed (Year 7/8)  This is a mixed gender competition with the stipulation that a minimum of one player from the opposite sex on field at all times, and then 2 players of the opposite sex within your school squad.
