Attendees will be guided in expanding their knowledge about what an autistic identity really is by learning about autism through the lens of neurodiversity; thinking about differing profiles, strengths and challenges. Through developing an increased awareness of an autistic identity, participants will then be supported to consider ways in which accommodations, adjustments and changes to practices in your school will help support autistic students thrive within PE and physical activity.
