Year 5/6 Sportshall Athletics Development

This sportshall athletics event is designed for less experienced Year 5/6 teams or B teams from schools who normally enter. However all children in the team would not have experienced the events or sportshall athletics competitions before. The rules are guidance of the type of events that are taking place, but the events may be adapted from those published.  Once entry has closed then more information will be sent to schools. A school team should consist of a minimum of 9 girls and 9 boys, with a maximum of 15 girls and 15 boys being permitted. Therefore a team size can vary from 18 to 30 athletes. Please note the capacity of the event is 16 teams. Any entries above this number will be placed on a reserve list.
