WHAT IS SPEED OF LIGHT?

​Pupils can get active using Blazepod technology using flashing visual cues which are designed to develop reaction times, teamwork skills and build confidence.

Your Physical Activity Lead will coordinate the activity.

WHO'S IT FOR?

Speed of Light can be a whole school activity. Children will be put into groups so they can experience a variety of different activities.

WHAT WILL THE OUTCOMES BE?

Children will have a fun experience whilst getting active, taking part in a range of new activities

WHAT WILL THE SCHOOL NEED TO DO?

• Schools need to select the Speed of Light WOW day as an addition to their membership.

• Arrange a date with our team.

• The event does benefit from being in a darkened room although it is not essential.
